It’s Glen Powell‘s summer, and we’re just living in it. This legacy sequel to the 1996 classic is directed by Lee Isaac Chung of Minari fame. While there are no flying cows in this one, the charming cast and destructive tornadoes make this a pretty fun summer flick.

Hell Hole is an indie monster movie directed by John Adams and Toby Poser. The story begins at a Serbian fracking site, where an American-led crew discovers a living French soldier frozen from Napoleon’s era, only to unleash a parasitic monster. Horizon: An American Saga – Chapter 1

Kevin Costner‘s mostly self-financed Western was a box office dud, which led to the indefinite delay of Chapter 2. It’s a case of a movie that should’ve been a mini-series; there are lots of plot threads in here that fail to bring any sort of meaningful resolution by the end of its considerable runtime. If nothing in the movie inspires you to watch the next three chapters, the movie ends on a five-minute clip reel that hopes to sell you on Chapter 2, and to its credit, it looks potentially more interesting.
